OUR BACKGROUND
Chris Showalter is a 3rd generation tool & die maker. Over the last 30 years he has diversified his experience in the metal stamping industry. His journey has taken him from proto typing through high-speed progressive, micro-stampings to 1000+ ton automotive stampings. Additionally, Chris established a foundation of precision machining practices.
Juniper Ford has 15+ years manufacturing experience in Human Resources, Lean Manufacturing, Workculture Development, and Health, Safety & Environment.
